We want you to love your tea as much as we do, but if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return any unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on tea packs that have been opened or tampered with.

Return Process

  Contact Our Team

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the unopened tea products in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package to our distribution center using a tracked shipping service; please keep your postage receipt as proof of sending.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
